About This Program

Alaska Housing Finance Corporation offers down payment assistance to eligible first-time homebuyers in Anchorage through its tax-exempt bond mortgage program. DPA can be combined with AHFC's below-market rate first mortgage. Cook Inlet Lending Center also administers homebuyer assistance programs targeting Alaska Native and low-income homebuyers in the Anchorage area.
