About This Program

Cook Inlet Tribal Council (CITC) operates Head Start and Early Head Start programs in Anchorage, serving Alaska Native, American Indian, and all low-income families. These federally funded programs provide free comprehensive early childhood education, cultural programming, health, nutrition, and family support services.
