About This Program

Georgia's Childcare and Parent Services (CAPS) program provides child care subsidies to low-income working families and those in approved education/training programs. Families choose from Quality Rated and other licensed providers. CAPS pays providers directly, with families contributing a co-payment based on income. The program prioritizes children from families receiving TANF and children in foster care.
