About This Program

Sheltering Arms and other agencies operate Head Start and Early Head Start programs throughout Atlanta and Fulton County. These federally funded programs provide free comprehensive early childhood education, health, dental, nutrition, and family support services to low-income families. Programs serve children from birth through age 5.
