About This Program

Charleston County and Tri-County Community Action Agency operate Head Start and Early Head Start programs in the Charleston area. These federally funded programs provide free comprehensive early childhood education, health, nutrition, and family support to low-income families in Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester counties. Programs serve children from birth through age 5.
