About This Program

State tax credit for rehabilitation of historic properties. 25% of qualified rehab costs. 35% for projects in communities under 300,000 population — does NOT apply to Cincinnati (pop. 300K+). Commercial/mixed-use only; pure single-family residential not eligible. Cincinnati's OTR and downtown have strong track record.
