About This Program

Free energy efficiency improvements for households at or below 200% federal poverty level. Covers insulation, air sealing, furnace repair/replacement, hot water tank, refrigerator, LEDs, and energy education. In Cuyahoga County (outside City of Cleveland), administered by CHN Housing Partners. City of Cleveland residents apply through CHN as well. Renters need landlord permission.

Income ≤200% FPL; HEAP/SSI/TANF auto-eligible
