About This Program

Connecticut's Care4Kids program provides child care subsidies to low-income working families. Families choose from any licensed child care provider in Connecticut. The Office of Early Childhood administers the program through regional Child Care Infoline agencies. Subsidy amounts are based on provider type, child age, and family income. Families contribute a co-payment.
