About This Program

Capital Workforce Partners serves the Hartford region as the local workforce development board, administering WIOA Title I programs with Individual Training Accounts at American Job Centers. Hartford's priority training sectors include insurance and financial services (Travelers, Aetna/CVS, Hartford Financial), healthcare, aerospace/defense manufacturing (Pratt & Whitney), and information technology. Connecticut's workforce programs include additional sector partnerships.
