About This Program

Parents And Children Together (PACT) and other agencies operate Head Start and Early Head Start programs on Oahu and neighboring islands. These federally funded programs provide free comprehensive early childhood education, health, nutrition, and culturally relevant family support to low-income families. Programs serve children from birth through age 5.
