U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) via State Drinking Water Revolving Funds
EPA's WIIN Act grants and the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) fund lead service line replacement programs in communities nationwide, with priority for low-income households. The program pays for replacing lead pipes from the water main to your home. Homeowners do not apply to EPA directly — contact your local water utility or municipality to ask if they have an active lead service line replacement program with financial assistance for your portion of the line.
Must have a lead service line; contact your local water utility to determine eligibility
