KANSAS SIDE ONLY (KCK residents). The Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas administers CDBG funds for owner-occupied housing rehabilitation. Covers roofing, electrical, furnace, and accessibility barrier removal. SEPARATE from Kansas City, Missouri programs — KCK residents must apply here, not at KCMO.gov. Build WyCo also offers up to $10,250 in home improvement assistance (currently periodic openings). Call 913-573-5100.
