About This Program

Missouri's 'circuit breaker' tax credit reimburses property tax paid. Homeowners: up to $1,100 (income up to $30,000 single / $34,000 married, increasing in 2026). Renters: up to $1,055 (income up to $27,200 single / $29,200 married, increasing in 2026). Must be age 65+, or 60+ receiving surviving-spouse SS benefits, or 100% disabled. Frees up cash for home repairs.
