About This Program

Community Action Coalition for South Central Wisconsin (CACSCW) operates Head Start and Early Head Start programs in Madison and Dane County. These federally funded programs provide free comprehensive early childhood education, health, nutrition, and family support to low-income families. Programs serve children from birth through age 5.
