Memphis Down Payment Assistance Program

About This Program

The City of Memphis provides down payment assistance grants to income-qualified first-time homebuyers purchasing within city limits. Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) also administers Great Choice Plus DPA of up to $8,000 statewide. Memphis DPA can be layered with THDA programs for maximum assistance.

First-time homebuyers in Memphis city limits at or below 80% AMI
