About This Program

The City of Milwaukee Department of City Development administers CDBG-funded small business revolving loan funds and business development programs. Milwaukee's Revolving Loan Fund provides below-market rate financing for businesses creating jobs for low- and moderate-income residents. The Wisconsin Women's Business Initiative Corporation (WWBIC) also provides microloans and technical assistance in Milwaukee.
