About This Program

New York City's EarlyLearn program combines Head Start/Early Head Start and child care subsidies into one integrated system for low-income families. ACS contracts with community-based providers to deliver comprehensive early childhood education and care. NYC also offers 3-K for All and Pre-K for All as universal, free programs regardless of income.
