About This Program

Oklahoma provides a refundable property tax credit of up to $200 for very low-income senior homeowners age 65 and older with gross household income at or below $12,000. The credit is claimed on the Oklahoma state income tax return and provides direct tax relief that frees resources for home maintenance and improvement. Renters may also qualify for a portion of the credit.
