Community Action Partnership of the Midlands provides Head Start and Early Head Start services to Omaha families. These federally funded programs offer free, comprehensive early childhood education, health screenings, nutrition support, and family services. Early Head Start serves infants and toddlers; Head Start serves preschool-aged children 3–5.
