About This Program

The City of Orlando's Economic Development Department provides small business support through CDBG-funded programs, microloans, and technical assistance. Programs target businesses in eligible neighborhoods of Orlando. The Black Business Investment Fund of Central Florida also provides loans to minority-owned businesses in the region.
