About This Program

Pennsylvania Child Care Works provides subsidized child care to income-eligible families. Parents choose from certified child care providers that participate in Keystone STARS, Pennsylvania's quality rating system. Higher-quality providers may be available at little or no cost to families. The program pays providers directly minus any required family co-payment.
