About This Program

Albina Head Start and other agencies operate Head Start and Early Head Start programs throughout Portland and Multnomah County. These federally funded programs provide free comprehensive early childhood education, health, nutrition, mental health, and family support. Programs serve children from birth through age 5 with a focus on multicultural and multilingual services.
