About This Program

Utah's Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) provides financial assistance to low-income working families to help cover the cost of child care. Families choose from licensed child care providers participating in the program. The state pays providers at reimbursement rates set by the Department of Workforce Services; families pay a co-payment based on income.
