About This Program

Community Action Partnership of San Diego administers Head Start and Early Head Start programs throughout San Diego County. These federally funded programs provide free comprehensive bilingual early childhood education, health, nutrition, and family support to low-income families. Programs serve children from birth through age 5 at center and home-based sites.
