About This Program

CalHFA's MyHome Assistance Program provides first-time homebuyers in San Francisco a deferred-payment junior loan of up to 3% (conventional) or 3.5% (FHA) of the purchase price toward down payment and/or closing costs. No payments are due until the home is sold, refinanced, or the mortgage is paid in full. Homebuyer education is required.
