20% NYS income tax credit on qualified rehabilitation expenses for homes listed on NY/National Registers of Historic Places or contributing buildings in historic districts. Cap reduced to $25,000 as of January 2025. Must be in qualifying census tract. Syracuse has several historic districts. Pre-approved work only.
