About This Program

CenterState CEO, in partnership with the City of Syracuse and Onondaga County, administers small business loan programs for Central New York businesses. Programs include micro-loans through the Northeast Entrepreneurs Fund and Syracuse Economic Development's revolving loan fund. The city also supports minority business development through the Minority and Women Business Development program.
