City of Tampa – Economic Development
The City of Tampa supports small businesses through its Economic Development Division, offering the Small Business Capital Access program, technical assistance, and microenterprise loans through CDFI partners. Tampa also offers the Community Investment Tax Credit program and partners with DreamSpring (formerly Accion) and the Tampa Bay Black Business Investment Corporation for microenterprise lending.
