About This Program

The Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County administers Head Start and Early Head Start programs in the Tampa Bay area. These federally funded programs provide free comprehensive early childhood education, health, dental, nutrition, and family support to low-income families in Hillsborough County. Programs serve children from birth through age 5.
