About This Program

Community Action Project of Tulsa County (CAP Tulsa) operates one of the largest Head Start and Early Head Start programs in Oklahoma. CAP Tulsa provides free comprehensive early childhood education, health, nutrition, mental health, and family support services. The program integrates high-quality pre-K education with comprehensive family services.
