Paid leads that pass the sellability checks range from $20 to $500. The exact one-time price is shown before acceptance and reflects the job, its scope, the local market, and lead quality. Exactly one contractor receives the homeowner's contact. A lead with insufficient core information is not sold at a lower price. A new registration confirms its email, then activates automatically when the required profile, duplicate, and safety checks pass. An existing public-record listing can be claimed only through a link sent to its usable public business email on file and after passing the same activation bar. A listing without a usable public business email is not claimable today.
