Chicago Department of Housing
Formerly the Roof and Porch Repair Program, the HRP provides home improvements including roof, porch, flood control, HVAC, insulation, and energy efficiency upgrades for income-eligible Chicago homeowners. Funded through Chicago Recovery Plan bond funds, the program facilitates repairs for approximately 175 homes per cycle.
