About This Program

City-funded grants to help low- and moderate-income Columbus homeowners make critical repairs. Covers roofs, furnaces, hot water tanks, sewer/water lines, lead paint hazards, windows, siding, and critically damaged driveways or sidewalks. Veterans may qualify at up to 120% AMI.

Owner-occupied 1+ yr, current on taxes/mortgage, <=80% AMI (120% for veterans)
