Federal LIHEAP-funded energy assistance for AES Ohio customers. One-time benefit applied directly to your utility bill. Income at or below 175% of federal poverty guidelines. HEAP Winter Crisis Program available Nov–March for households at risk of disconnection. Summer Crisis Program for seniors (60+) or those with medical cooling needs.
