AES Ohio (Ohio utility mandate)
AES Ohio's state-mandated low-income energy efficiency program. Provides free in-home energy inspections and improvements including air sealing, insulation, and efficient appliance upgrades for households at or below 200% of federal poverty level. Priority given to seniors, disabled individuals, and households with children. Delivered through the Dayton Home Repair Network partners.
