Ohio Home Weatherization Assistance Program (HWAP) administered locally by Miami Valley Community Action Partnership. Free energy efficiency improvements for households at or below 200% federal poverty level. Services include home energy audits, furnace replacement, water heater upgrades, insulation, and ventilation. Renters need landlord consent. Priority: seniors 60+, disabled, households with children.
