VA grant for veterans temporarily living in a family member's home who need accessibility modifications. TRA grant is deducted from the veteran's SAH or SHA lifetime maximum. SAH-eligible veterans can receive up to $47,130; SHA-eligible up to $8,415. Covers ramps, grab bars, roll-in showers, and doorway widening for temporarily occupied homes.
