  3. Your contractor submits the Reservation Request Form (RRF) through the SGIP online portal at selfgenca.com to reserve your incentive funds before the system is built.
  4. After approval and installation, your contractor submits the Incentive Claim Form (ICF) with proof of installation so the rebate is paid out.
  5. Provide your contractor any eligibility documents (such as income verification, CARE/FERA/ESA enrollment, or Medical Baseline proof) needed for an Equity or Equity Resiliency rebate.
