Connecticut Weatherization Assistance Program (CT WAP)

About This Program

Connecticut's WAP, administered by DEEP through the Community Action Agency network, provides free weatherization services to income-eligible households. A home energy audit determines measures to install, including heating system tune-ups, air sealing, insulation, and health and safety improvements. Applications are taken jointly with the CT Energy Assistance Program (CEAP). Call 2-1-1 to be connected to the nearest agency.

Free services; DOE average per-unit investment ~$6,500.
