About This Program

The HES-IE program provides no-cost in-home energy assessments and on-the-spot improvements to income-eligible Connecticut homeowners and renters, including air sealing, insulation, LED lighting, and water-saving measures. Hartford-area customers can apply through Eversource. Participants also gain access to rebates for deeper energy improvements like heating system upgrades.
