About This Program

This program provides up to $5,000 in home safety and accessibility upgrades for homeowners age 62 and older within City of Las Vegas boundaries. Eligible improvements include grab bars, ramps, handrails, wider doorways, and other modifications that help seniors safely age in place. Applicants must meet HUD income guidelines (at or below 80% AMI) and occupy the home as their primary residence.
