About This Program

The LACDA Single-Family Home Improvement Program provides deferred 3% interest loans to low-income owner-occupied households in unincorporated LA County for rehabilitation work including electrical, plumbing, heating, and roofing repairs. Loans are deferred and due upon sale or transfer of the property.
