About This Program

Loans up to $40,000 at 1% interest over 20 years for very-low-income homeowners to repair and modernize homes. Grants up to $10,000 for homeowners age 62+ to remove health and safety hazards. Kentucky is in a federal pilot program expanding eligibility.
