About This Program

REVERT (Restoring Each Viable Economically Redlined Territory) provides up to $50,000 in forgivable funds for families to purchase and renovate homes in historically redlined neighborhoods. Funds are forgivable after 15 years of owner-occupancy.

Deadline: Until funds exhausted, 200 families targeted
