About This Program

Down payment and closing cost assistance for homebuyers purchasing in a Targeted Investment Neighborhood. $7,000 if in the CDBG boundary, $5,000 elsewhere in TIN. Must be a current City of Milwaukee resident. Income at or below 80% AMI. Must occupy for 5 years.

Must be in active TIN area; below 80% AMI
