About This Program

Tax credits of 50-60% of rehabilitation costs for properties listed on or eligible for the National or NJ Register of Historic Places. Higher rate (60%, up to $12M) for projects in qualified incentive tracts. Must meet Secretary of Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation.
