About This Program

Free emergency repairs for electrical, plumbing, heating, roofing, and structural problems in owner-occupied homes. Served over 3,000 households in FY 2025. Applicants must not have received BSRP services in the last three years.

Grant covers full cost of eligible repairs up to program maximum
