About This Program

Enacted as Act 3 of 2022 with a landmark $125 million ARPA appropriation, Pennsylvania's Whole-Home Repairs Program provides grants and low-interest loans to low- and moderate-income homeowners and small landlords to make critical repairs for habitability, safety, weatherization, and accessibility.
