Bill payment assistance up to $600 (heating) or $300 (cooling) for any Dominion customer facing hardship. No income restriction for bill assistance. Seniors 60+, veterans, and disabled may get extra $500 through Virginia state programs. EnergyShare recipients also qualify for free home weatherization upgrades.
