About This Program

Monroe County CDBG-funded program providing grants or grant/low-interest loan combinations to income-eligible homeowners for structural repairs, major systems, and accessibility modifications. City of Rochester, Irondequoit, and Greece residents are NOT eligible.

Grant amount depends on repair cost and household income; may include low-interest loan component

Key Details

• Suburban Monroe County homeowners (excludes Rochester, Irondequoit, Greece)
• Must have owned home for more than 1 year
• No prior home repair assistance in last 10 years
• Covers structural, major systems, and accessibility
• Income must be at or below HUD guidelines
